-> Hiking, Swimming, golf, tennis, biking,star gazing, gun/rifle ranges, fishing,
museums, horseback riding, archery, all water sports including sailing....plus bowling in nearby Chester, movie theatres in
Susanville (40 miles east) and video rentals (Chester video and Chester Library (free if have library card) and owner's movie/DVD
video collection).
-> "Creature watching";don't be surprised to see a deer walk past the window;
bald eagles, osprey, raccoons, canada geese, ground squirrels and NO rattlesnakes.
One of the best areas for "water play" is right in front of the house.
